Cancellation Policy

The retainer fee is to hold your appointment. That fee will be applied towards your service when you come to your appointment. Your $25 retainer fee is non-refundable.

No extra parties this is a private suite with one chair, other parties must wait in the lobby.
Our chairs cannot accommodate clients over 250lbs.
If you are more than 10 minutes late your service will focus on the most problematic areas which may shorten or eliminate your massages.
If you miss your scheduled appointment because you are sick, childcare situations, scheduled the wrong day, or whatever reason you missed your appointment your retainer fee is non-refundable.
Please be courteous as we will try our best to remain on schedule and we try our best to communicate with you on any delays. If we are more than 20 minutes late starting your service, you have the right to reschedule your appointment. Your retainer fee will be applied to your next appointment.

NO SHOWS will result in being blocked from making any future appointments.
