Q. Do you "Dig out" ingrown nails?
A. We do not tamper with ingrown nails we will refer you to one of our network of podiatrist. However, we do have a service that provide relief from ingrown nails. Call for information.
Q. How long have you been in business?
A. We have had our license since 2000. Over 23 years. We opened our wellness spa in April 2023.
Q. How do you clean your tools (implements)?
A. We go through a 3-step sanitation and sterilization process that incorporates the use of an autoclave. We go beyond industry standards to keep our favorite clients as safe as possible.
Q. Do you put acrylic on toenails?
A. No, acrylics aren't made to go on the toenails cause that product does not allow the toenail to bend causing the higher probability of injury. However, we do offer a safer alternative. Please call for more details.
Q. Do you offer concierge service?
A. Yes, we do! Please be prepared to send a picture of your feet, this ensures we book the correct amount of time.
Q. Do you charge for driving to your location for our concierge service?
A. This depends. If you stay in a community and at least 3 parties sign up and put down $25 to hold their appointments, there is NO CHARGE. (That retainer fee does goes toward the price of your service.)
If you stay in your home and at least 3 people in your party get at least $45 dollars in service there will be NO CHARGE.

Q. Do you accept insurance?
A. We have experience with working with clients with medical issues, however, we are not doctors, we do not accept insurance.
Q. What if my loved one have dementia/Alzheimer's?
A. A client that has dementia and/or Alzheimer's are required to have an eligible family member present at all times during the service.
